About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be working with a major Insurance Institution in the Duluth, Georgia area, providing top-notch support to their members, customers, patients, and providers. Your primary goal will be to increase customer satisfaction and retention by delivering accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information, ensuring they maximize the benefits of their insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members, adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Utilize knowledge of insurance products and services to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) speaking - You'll be required to take an assessment to demonstrate your language proficiency.
  • Two years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a background in healthcare being highly desirable.
  • A High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field, or a combination of education and work experience.
  • A minimum typing speed of 30+ wpm to ensure efficient data entry and communication.
  • High-speed internet and the ability to work from home in a quiet environment, minimizing distractions and ensuring a professional atmosphere.
