About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work on the cutting-edge spaces of HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, and Legal Service Delivery. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that drive business capabilities and operational improvements. You will collaborate with a skilled team of engineers to identify, plan, and deliver technology and process solutions that meet the evolving needs of Starbucks.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, implementation, support, and expansion of our ServiceNow platform, focusing on HRSD, CSM, and LSD capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement through structure, workflow, reporting, and automation enhancements across the HRSD, CSM, and LSD suites.
- Upgrade, maintain, and support existing integrations with other IT tools and systems.
- Provide high-quality support and documentation for all users of the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of HRSD, CSM, and LSD capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships within and outside Starbucks.
- The capacity to communicate clearly and succinctly, both orally and in writing, as a champion for the platform.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to design practical solutions.
- Demonstrated success working within an Agile development environment.
- 1-4 years of professional industry experience with software development.
- A four-year college education in Software Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out, you should have:
- Experience implementing and improving HRSD, CSM, and LSD.
- Experience with UI developer, configurable workspaces, and Administration Portal.
- Experience using and integrating with other common IT tools like PagerDuty, Teams, and Slack.
