Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, or chat
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including social media and online forums
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Knowing our products inside and out, so you can answer questions and provide expert advice
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help us continuously improve
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure they have the support and resources they need to succeed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating our CRM system
  • Experience working with customer support, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • A strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships
