As a product manager on our team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our customer analytics and insights strategy, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Customer Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for:

• Driving the development and execution of the Customer Insight Center product strategy, ensuring that we deliver high-quality and user-friendly solutions for our internal customers.
• Defining and prioritizing product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
• Ensuring that our products are secure, reliable, and scalable, with a strong focus on data security and customer protection.
• Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our products and services.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer analytics, data security, and digital accessibility, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Collaborating with our Design, Walmart.com, Data Science, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver world-class customer analytics and insights solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in software engineering, design, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing complex products and teams, with a strong focus on customer analytics and insights.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with data analytics, data security, and digital accessibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive innovation and growth.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• A graduate degree in software engineering, design, or a related field.
• Experience working with large-scale, complex B2B/C products, with a focus on customer-facing solutions.
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies.
• Experience with digital accessibility and inclusive design principles.
