Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the first point of contact in our call center, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers and service providers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support.
  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with bookings, including booking services, canceling, and rescheduling appointments.
  • Support service providers with questions or issues regarding work orders and policy inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot software issues for both customers and service providers, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Collaborate with the remote team using technology that facilitates communication, training, and meetings.

  • Detail-oriented with a thorough approach to work and task management.
  • Self-managing with the ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Proactive and willing to take on unique and challenging customer service issues.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to learn new applications and troubleshoot common computer issues.
  • Professional, efficient, consistent, and honest in all interactions with coworkers and customers.
