Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
  • Managing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
  • Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
  • Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
  • Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
  • Handling administrative tasks, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist at Blithequark, you will need:

  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
