Duties
Represent personal injury clients in state court proceedings
Prepare and try cases from inception to verdict
Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings, and mediations
Draft pleadings, motions, and trial documents
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout litigation
Collaborate with legal staff to manage case files and deadlines
Build strong litigation strategies tailored to individual cases
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a practicing attorney representing individual clients
Willingness and readiness to try personal injury lawsuits
Strong interest in courtroom advocacy and litigation practice
Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with professionalism and focus
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Fayetteville, NC
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications
Active and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar
