Position Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Assisting Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
  • Maintaining a Neat and Organized Sales Floor: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining store displays.
  • Supporting Day-to-Day Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, manage cash and credit transactions, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Merchandising and Display Maintenance: Participate in floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Working Collaboratively with Colleagues: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations, including handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
