About the Role

As a Remote Member Service Representative, you will be the face of Copart, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This 100% remote, part-time role (30 hours per week) offers the flexibility to work from home while delivering a unique customer experience through our practices and solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to offer inbound phone support to our members throughout their membership lifecycle with Copart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through a thorough understanding of Copart practices, offering solutions that facilitate a unique customer experience.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support to meet their requirements.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring a high level of call quality and productivity.
  • Focus on achieving "first call resolution" to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Utilize company resources to gather information and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of office support experience in a customer service role (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with a typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English (mandatory).
  • A professional appearance and demeanor, even in a remote work setting.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your application:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Familiarity with Copart's practices and industry.
  • Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English.
