Schedule Requirements

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be working on a part-time schedule that requires you to be available for 20 hours per week. These hours must be between Monday and Friday, 8:00am and 6:00pm. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns

• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients

• Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
• Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
• Recommending process improvements where applicable
• Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services

Essential Qualifications
