About the Role

As a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that require excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to email messages, faxes, and service tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
  • Respond to inquiries on vehicle titling and registration processes for various dealers, state motor vehicle agencies, customers, and clients.
  • Make outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status.
  • Utilize blithequark's proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity.
  • Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards to ensure productivity and quality.
  • Achieve production and quality goals, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to all blithequark policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and integrity.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field; OR a degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in operating a PC, telephone, fax, scanner, and photocopier.
  • Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications, including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Data entry skills, with the ability to type 35 WPM or greater at 99.6% accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Knowledge of client requirements for DMV and related documents.
  • Familiarity with various state DMV forms and their usage by blithequark.
  • Experience with blithequark's proprietary software.
  • Knowledge of state abbreviations and geography.
