About the Role: Key Responsibilities

As an Application Administrator at blithequark, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the success of the company's migration project. Your primary duties will include:

  • Manually building a large number of organizations and users in Link, working closely with the development team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Providing top-notch customer service to clients, including doctors and nurses, during the transition to the new application, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Utilizing your excellent typing skills to accurately and quickly enter data, with a typing speed of over 40 words per minute.
  • Leveraging your proficiency in Word and Excel to perform various administrative tasks and manage data effectively.
  • Working varied shifts that support different divisions, including 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, and 11AM-8PM EST, to ensure continuous support.
  • Taking part in a 3-minute IKM assessment to demonstrate your skills and competencies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
