Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including students and alumni. Your primary duties will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on outbound calls to students of our clients
• Providing clear and concise verbal and written communication to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
• Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
• Following policies and procedures regarding escalations and updates to customer records
• Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
• Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
• Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
• Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

• Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues and adapt to new technology
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred

Training and Onboarding

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program, which will include:

• Two weeks of training, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST
• Hands-on training and coaching from experienced colleagues
• Ongoing support and feedback to ensure your success in the role
