The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Educating customers about their warranties, including coverage, benefits, and limitations
  • Resolving conflicts and complaints in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry, including exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a positive demeanor
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
