Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing online customer support through various communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media platforms

  • Handling customer requests for booking flights, changing reservations, and processing refunds
  • Assisting customers with navigation of the company website and mobile app
