Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Input and maintain data accurately and efficiently into blithequark databases and systems.
  • Data Verification and Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Data Quality Checks and Audits: Perform regular data quality checks and audits to identify and correct errors.
  • Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data-related issues and implement solutions.
  • Adherence to Procedures and Guidelines: Adhere to established data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and standardization.
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection: Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and follow data protection protocols.
  • Reporting and Updates: Provide timely updates and reports on data entry progress and completion.
  • Technical Support: Provide specialized help for network framework and inward work area frameworks programming and equipment, including introducing, arranging, and investigating work area frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues.
  • User Support: Give specialized help to PC framework clients and answer questions or resolve PC issues for clients face to face, by means of phone or from a distant area.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient typing skills and attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
  • Experience with PC hardware and software, including printing, establishment, venture frameworks, email, and working frameworks.
