Job title: Analyst, Store Development Solutions (Remote) Company: Walgreens Job description: Job Description Job Summary The Store Development Solutions Analyst is a member of the Retail Property Execution Solutions team within the Design and Construction Department. This role provides end user support for functional and process-related issues, makes recommendations on process and system improvements, and works under the direction of the Retail Property Execution Solutions Director, along with business/IT to document requirements for projects and enhancements. Responsible for generating standard queries and reports and analysis of store construction and remodeling data. Consults with business users to understand data and reporting needs. Through trend analysis, makes recommendations and identifies opportunities for improvement to Multi-site Retail Program Management areas. Job Responsibilities

• Provides support to end-users through system configuration and recommendations to enhance user experience. Researches and approves systems access based on security protocols and guidelines.
• Prepares accurate documentation and communication to effectively facilitate elimination of problems / roadblocks as they occur and create efficient fixes.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to accomplish activities. Interacts with internal and external peers and/or managers to exchange semi-complex information related to assigned activities.
• Executes test scripts for testing of new data elements and releases; documents and analyzes test results.
• Develop system and process documentation to support the communication of any new process or implementation and to support user training.
• Consults with end users on basic to mid-level reporting solutions. Determines how data can be used to support client reporting needs and business decisions.
• Schedules, designs and executes standard and ad-hoc reports to retrieve data from multiple sources and systems. Works with Business intelligence tool and/or Microsoft Excel or Access to perform specialized formatting, analysis and processing of reports.
• Provide support on projects which include testing and documentation. Coordinates project team activities/tasks.

External Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 3 years of experience analyzing and reporting data and data administration.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
• Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
• Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

• Intermediate to advanced skill level in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
• Basic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: inserting, rearranging, hiding and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list level, adding, centering and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing outline view and/or running a slide show).
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting and aligning text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, inserting bullets, pictures and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane and/or print functions).

An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $45,450 and $116,640 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable.
