About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team. As a remote worker based in Florida, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional support and care. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide personalized support and solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informative support to customers.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, navigate multiple systems, and perform well in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation, and internet research, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

  • Knowledge of the pet industry or experience working with pets, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
