Position Summary...The Manager, Program Management is responsible for overseeing capital accounting, asset management, and financial system activities. The position focuses on building strong relationships with finance, operations, and vendor partners, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, strengthening internal controls, and leveraging AI and automation to drive efficiency and enhance financial insights. You will join a team dedicated to financial excellence, process improvement, and innovation.   • Shape the future of finance by leading AI-driven automation, building financial insights that inform billion-dollar capital decisions, and ensuring world-class controls in one of the world’s largest organizations
  • Design AI-enabled workflows that eliminate manual processes and pilot and scale automation tools enterprise-wide
  • Translate capital investment data into insights for executives shaping billion dollar decisions
  • Drive process improvements and automation in capital accounting, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner with finance, operations, and vendor teams to align on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for capital investments
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements, maintaining transparency in reporting

  • Experience with process improvement, automation, and leveraging AI in financial operations
