Since 1904, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is incredible potential. As the nation’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 5 through young adulthood in communities across the country. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people. Position Purpose The Project Coordinator is a direct report of the Director of Foundation Grants. They will support Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s national office Program & Impact team with excellent coordination and administration of corporate and foundation grants. In this role they will effectively manage timelines, lead the coordination of internal and external meetings, document lessons learned and summarize progress across a portfolio of projects (grants of various sizes) toward the completion of deliverables and advancement of strategic priorities. This work includes working collaboratively across all BBBSA departments to ensure the Big Brothers Big Sisters network of 230+ agencies effectively manage grants from corporate and private foundations.
