Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, P&C, you will work from home and:

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet to address their insurance-related needs.
• Provide accurate and timely processing of changes, quotes, and policy updates.
• Demonstrate expertise in property and casualty insurance products, including policy coverage, pricing, and billing.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing empathetic and professional support.
• Ensure seamless communication with customers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize multiple systems and software applications to manage customer interactions and policy data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company updates.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, P&C, you will need:

• An active resident license to sell P&C insurance.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Passion for helping others.
• Patient and empathetic nature.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
