Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters
  • Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and shipment details
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service is a plus point
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary
  • Online U.S residents are eligible to apply for this role
