Personal Injury Paralegal- Remote
A top-tier personal injury law firm serving Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio are actively seeking an experienced and driven Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal. This is a full-time, permanent position with the flexibility of being fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S. You will be an integral part of our litigation team, providing support to attorneys based in our Kentucky office. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and progress personal injury cases from litigation intake to settlement or trial.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive case files and discovery documents.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, which may involve occasional paid travel.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- An Associate's degree or a paralegal certificate.
- Proficiency with legal software, including Filevine, WestLaw, Teams, and Outlook is strongly preferred.
- A work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly pay ranging from $24.00 to $31.25 per hour.
- Bonus Program: The opportunity to earn up to $600 per month in bonuses.
- A laptop will be provided to the successful candidates.
- Paid travel for occasional trial support.
