Job Title: Remote Graphic Designer (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,600 USD/month + performance bonuses via wire transfer Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Central Time) Job Overview: Our client is a premier financial services marketing firm specializing in sophisticated collateral and marketing materials for investment managers and corporate clients. They create the pitch decks, investment materials, and marketing collateral that drive capital raises, M&A transactions, and business development for leading private equity funds, family offices, and emerging managers. We are specifically seeking a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating institutional-grade presentation designs for sophisticated financial services clients. This role is solely focused on presentation design and requires someone who understands design principles, can work with complex financial data, and excels at transforming analytical content into compelling visual narratives. Responsibilities: Presentation Design:

• Create sophisticated presentation designs for pitch decks, investment memorandums, and marketing materials
• Design charts, graphs, and data visualizations that communicate complex financial concepts clearly
• Develop brand-consistent presentations across multiple client accounts
• Transform written content and research into visually compelling slide presentations

Financial Services Presentations:

• Design investor presentations, fund marketing materials, and company overviews
• Create one-pagers, teasers, and executive summaries with institutional-grade aesthetics
• Develop branded presentation templates and style guides for ongoing client use
• Design slide layouts that meet institutional presentation standards

Quality & Standards:

• Ensure all presentation deliverables meet institutional design standards
• Maintain brand consistency across all client presentations
• Follow detailed design briefs and client brand guidelines
• Participate in iterative review processes with production team and clients

Collaboration & Process:

• Work closely with production managers and senior designers on presentation projects
• Take direction from Lead Designers and incorporate feedback efficiently
• Manage multiple client presentation projects simultaneously with varying deadlines
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to team members

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies: Design Experience:

• 3-5 years of professional presentation design experience, preferably in B2B or financial services
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and data visualization capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills for presentation design and layout
• Experience with brand development and visual identity systems for presentations

Financial Services Knowledge:

• Understanding of investment terminology and financial concepts
• Familiarity with charts, graphs, and financial data presentation
• Experience designing presentations for professional services or corporate clients
• Knowledge of institutional communication standards and expectations

Technical Requirements:

• Expert-level PowerPoint proficiency with advanced animation and layout skills
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and chart creation
• Experience with presentation software beyond PowerPoint (Keynote, Google Slides)
• Knowledge of print production and digital asset optimization for presentations

Communication Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication
• Ability to take detailed creative direction and implement feedback
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple presentation projects and deadlines
• Collaborative mindset for working within a pod-based team structure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Previous experience at marketing agencies, consulting firms, or financial services companies
• Experience designing pitch decks, investment presentations, or similar financial collateral
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and advanced layout principles for presentations
• Understanding of brand strategy and visual identity development
• Bilingual capabilities (English fluency required)
