Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Quality Assurance/Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing and processing customer orders, verifying service availability, assessing customer needs, and performing credit screening and payment processing. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Review:
    • Check customer orders for completeness and accuracy.
    • Flag any discrepancies or missing information for resolution.
  • Service Availability Verification:
    • Verify service availability in customers' areas.
    • Document and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Needs Assessment:
    • Analyze customer orders and suggest suitable service options.
    • Ensure customers receive the best possible solutions.
  • Credit Screening:
    • Perform credit checks to confirm customer eligibility for services and promotions.
    • Document results and apply discounts or promotions accordingly.
  • Payment Processing:
    • Handle payment transactions, including activation fees and other services.
    • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Service Activation/Scheduling:
    • Activate services or schedule installations based on customer availability.
    • Record all relevant details in our system.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Periodically review orders to ensure compliance with internal standards.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

What We're Looking For

Experience

Ideally, you have experience in order entry, customer service, or a similar role. Familiarity with credit checks and payment processing is a plus, but not required. We're committed to providing comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Technical Skills
