Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in processing consumer loan applications, managing payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries. Your primary objective will be to facilitate loan approvals while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This is a full-time position that requires a one-week training period, after which you will work from home on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to their inquiries.
  • Loan Application Processing: Analyze and appraise loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensure precise documentation of all account interactions and create/update customer records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing solutions and support while maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle card payments and process financial transactions with accuracy.
  • Staying Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest lending practices and financial services to provide informed support to clients.
  • Performance Goals: Meet and exceed monthly performance goals as established by management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Communication Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
  • Problem-Solving and Multitasking: Ability to work under pressure, manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm, and effective multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in financial services or customer support.
  • Familiarity with Cloud-Based Technologies: Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems.
