Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industries preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple software platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office setup and reliable internet connection
- U.S. work authorization required
