Compensation & Additional Incentives

• Hourly Rate: $15 - $22 per hour.
• Additional Compensation:
  • Quarterly or annual performance incentives.
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, location, season, or specific tasks.
  • Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
