About the Role

As a Virtual Banking Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing and managing online accounts and consumer loans
• Delivering advanced digital and online banking offerings, including online, mobile, social, phone, and email chat support
• Enhancing the customer experience by providing solutions to their financial needs
• Responding to routine and complex customer inquiries regarding consumer products and services
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring first-call resolution, and following procedures that meet compliance guidelines
• Identifying and offering customers the products and services they need to succeed financially
• Completing weekly tasks as assigned and assisting customers with navigating and troubleshooting various online products

Key Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment
• A general understanding of standard bank transactions and common products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly answer customer inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are desired but not required
