The Opportunity

As a Sales Professional at Workwarp, you'll have the opportunity to work from home with flexible hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal life with ease. You'll be responsible for contacting and maintaining professional relationships with clients, booking appointments, taking and submitting online applications, following up with our back office team, and attending weekly virtual calls. You'll also have the opportunity to explain policy coverage to clients once their policy is approved and maintain stellar interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact and maintain professional relationships with clients

  • Book appointments and schedule meetings with clients
  • Take and submit online applications for clients
  • Follow up with our back office team to ensure seamless processing of client applications
  • Attend weekly virtual calls to stay informed and aligned with our team
  • Explain policy coverage to clients once their policy is approved
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Essential Qualifications

* Be honest and trustworthy, with a strong commitment to integrity and ethics

  • Have a General Life & Health License or be willing to obtain one (we'll provide support and resources to help you achieve this goal)
  • Be comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone and building relationships with them
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Be comfortable with a commission-based position and motivated to drive results

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client relationships and data
