Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a degree in a related field.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
