Job Details: Workday Talent Consultant

• Client Location: Knoxville, TN / Remote Position
• Duration: 3+ Months (could go beyond)
• Preferred Time Zone: Eastern or Central time zone, but Western zone can be accommodated
• Travel Requirements: None

Key Responsibilities: Providing Technical Support and Configuration Expertise

As a Workday Talent Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support to clients' Workday Talent application
• Demonstrating new capabilities to HR stakeholders as a Configurator
• Utilizing your expertise in Workday Talent areas such as:
  • Give and get feedback
  • Mid-year updates
  • Performance assessment launch
  • Co-authoring
  • Assess potential
  • Talent pools
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Providing production support assistance as needed
• Consulting on new release functionality

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Active, recent Workday experience
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Workday certification
• Experience in Workday Talent management and configuration

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience in multiple Workday modules
• Previous experience as a Workday Configurator
• Familiarity with IT service management best practices
