Clinical Research Site Project Manager, Accellacare - United States (Remote)

We have an incredible opportunity for a Clinical Research Site Project Manager to join ICON’s Accellacare team. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of single service global projects within the Accellacare network, ensuring consistency with ICON SOPs, study contracts, and budgets.

Location: United States (Remote)

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of single service projects within the Accellacare program, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Assemble, coordinate, and support project teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and budget using appropriate tools
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders through progress reports and updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks and issues
  • Manage project changes, conduct evaluations, and assess final outcomes

Your profile:

  • Experience at a clinical research site
  • 2 years of experience with project management
  • 2 years of experience with timeline and budget management
  • Assertive and confident in communication, with the ability to lead discussions, set clear expectations, and address issues directly
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently
  • Proactive mindset with strong critical thinking abilities to identify issues early and make sound, data-driven decisions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and consistency
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences
