Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including online data entry work, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online jobs. You will work independently, using your own computer and internet connection, to complete tasks and meet deadlines. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform online data entry work, including entering data into our online ticket response system
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, using best-answer templates
- Participate in online surveys and product reviews
- Work independently, using your own computer and internet connection
- Meet deadlines and maintain high levels of productivity
- Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality data and exceptional customer service
Requirements
* Computer proficiency, intermediate functioning skill level is minimum requirement
- Persistent work ethic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
- Willingness to learn and improve at home in our fast-paced yet enjoyable business
- Solid interest in data and analytics will be an asset
- Self-motivated and multi-tasking traits when working from home are essential
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will earn a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on your experience and performance. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional income through online surveys and product reviews, with rates ranging from $2.50 to $75.00 per survey.
