Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representatives to join our ever-growing inbound call center. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients by providing product/service information, fulfilling customer needs, and resolving any problems callers face with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Schedule appointments for home repair companies
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
• Ability to work weekends
• Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
• Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
