As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries with precision and empathy, providing exceptional customer service through active listening and problem-solving skills.

- Utilizing a personal computer with Windows 11, a minimum of 8GB RAM, and a stable Ethernet LAN connection to access our systems and tools.

- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
