Account Manager - Nationwide

Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression is a leading provider of kitchen fire suppression systems. We specialize in the design, installation, and maintenance of systems for various establishments including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and fast-food outlets. We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team.

Basic Salary of £35,000 (dependent on experience) with an OTE of up to £50,000.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager at Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships to ensure service excellence, retention, and growth. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, overseeing their accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s products and services. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure seamless service delivery, accurate reporting, and compliance with industry standards, while consistently achieving performance targets and representing the business with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Oversee and develop existing client accounts, with a focus on retention, service excellence, and growth opportunities
  • To attend sales appointments to sell the Company’s products and services
  • To achieve monthly activity and target objectives
  • Develop successful national sales opportunities to the required level and hand over to the Operations Team
  • Maintain contact with Marlowe Group companies to promote cross-selling opportunities
  • Collate appropriate information and ensure all correct documentation is utilised
  • To provide reports as required
  • To represent the Company professionally at all times
  • Constant attainment of agreed targets
  • Forecast reporting weekly
  • Be continually aware of the changes in legislation & product development
