Our client is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to take full ownership of the company’s social media strategy. You’ll create content, run campaigns, track performance, and provide insights to leadership—all remotely.

• Own and execute the company’s end-to-end social media strategy across multiple platforms

• Create, edit, and optimize high-quality images and videos for digital content

• Manage scheduling and automation through HubSpot Professional integration

• Monitor, engage, and respond to comments to build a strong online community

• Generate data-driven analytics and performance reports using HubSpot

• Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices

• Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable market insights

• Track posting trends and activities from industry influencers and thought leaders

• Manage day-to-day operations with a strong focus on community building and engagement

• Provide strategic recommendations for ongoing performance optimization

• 5+ years of senior-level social media management experience with proven results

• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms (training and certification available)

• Professional-level content creation skills, including image and video editing

• Extensive experience with scheduling, automation, and social media management tools

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in social media reporting and optimization

• Deep knowledge of social trends, algorithm updates, and platform strategies

• Proven ability to conduct competitive analysis and industry research

• Excellent written communication skills for professional community engagement
