Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Operations (60%):- Set up and optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Manage day-to-day campaign performance
- Create performance reports
- Execute platform-specific optimizations
- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets
- Handle creative asset management
- Analyze campaign data
- Build and maintain dashboards
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Generate performance insights and recommendations
- Track and analyze KPIs across marketing channels
- Develop automated reporting solutions
- Platform expertise: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
- Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Power BI/Tableau (optional), etc
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Marketing certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint)
- Strong data visualization abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Initial focus on campaign operations with structured transition into analytics
- Ongoing technical skill development and training
- Clear path for specialization based on performance
