ROLE AND LOCATION
We are looking for a People Technician to join our team in Mortgua, Portugal. This role is central in supporting HR activities, with a particular focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, helping us attract, hire, and support the best professionals in the industry.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job adverts to onboarding new hires.
Support the coordination of training and development activities.
Ensure accurate and compliant employee documentation management.
Partner with colleagues on offboarding processes.
Assist with the performance appraisal cycle.
Provide support across all HR administrative tasks.
Collaborate on the organisation of internal events and engagement initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Educational Sciences, Organizational Psicology, or other relevant area.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration (in-house or agency).
- English proficiency (B1 minimum) - this skill will be assessed during the recruitment process.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office tools and ATS software.
