Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of VIP clients.
- Offer exceptional, personalized customer service to each VIP client.
- Develop strategies to retain and increase VIP client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze client performance to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Head of VIP and other team members to achieve overall goals.
- Adhere to gaming license requirements and market regulations.
Profile Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- Knowledge of regulated markets and gaming licenses.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
