Client Concierge
We’re looking for a Client Concierge to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, respond promptly, and create a positive experience for clients in just a few minutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to new lead opportunities (inbound and outbound) from multiple sources.
- Engage, qualify, and guide potential clients toward the right next step — whether that’s booking an appointment, starting an application, or connecting them with the appropriate team member.
- Use our CRM daily to manage and track leads, notes, and follow-up tasks.
- Represent the team's reputation for ridiculously fast response times and raving fan customer service.
- Build rapport with prospects, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the appropriate next steps in the loan process.
- Collaborate with loan officers, marketing, and operations teams to keep leads moving forward.
- Learn the business of residential mortgages with the opportunity to grow into a sales role.
