Referral Partner Manager

Job Description:
- Work together with the Partnership Team to develop and improve the system for referral partner program
- Execute the daily operations of lead acquisition via referral partner program (including cross departments & partners coordination)
- Foster partner community and maintain a good working relationship with partners (give assistance on tech ecosystem preparation, identify and solve partners problems/needs, collect their feedback on partnership or product, organize marketing event with a partner if necessary)
- Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with partners
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (all majors are welcome)
- At least 2 years of working experience in community or partnership management
- Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking
- Interest in startups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial environments
- Ability to build relationships & collaborate with others
- Fast leaner and willing to learn
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to work in Jakarta
