Job Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Analyst/Manager to help lead our processes, operations, and systems that interface with Providers. This is a critical role in our organization to enter at the point in our growth journey to define what we do and how we do it for the coming years. The ideal candidate loves innovation and embraces uncertainty and change. Additionally, this person needs to be technically proficient while also having a huge capacity to learn new domain areas.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the platform.

  • Build and manage workflows, automation, and integrations.

  • Ensure HubSpot data integrity by setting up quality controls, user permissions, and training for internal stakeholders.

  • Develop dashboards and reporting within HubSpot to provide real-time visibility into performance.

Growth-Focused Data Analytics

  • Lead analytics to inform strategic growth initiatives, such as new market selection, physician targeting, and provider performance tracking.

  • Build predictive models and scoring frameworks to prioritize cardiology groups, assess referral potential, and evaluate payer alignment.

  • Translate analytics into actionable insights for the Growth team, highlighting where Chamber can drive the greatest value in cardiology markets.

Sales & Funnel Reporting

  • Develop and maintain detailed sales funnel reporting, tracking performance from lead generation through contracting and onboarding.

  • Deliver reports and dashboards that measure provider outreach, conversion rates, time-to-close, and cohort performance.

  • Partner with Growth leadership to establish KPIs, set targets, and ensure accountability across provider-facing teams.

  • Provide visibility into bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to accelerate provider adoption and market expansion.

Ad Hoc Analytics for Growth Leadership

  • Act as the data partner to the Chief Growth Officer and Growth team, responding quickly to evolving business questions.

  • Deliver tailored analyses that support payer negotiations, provider pitches, board reporting, and strategic partnerships.

  • Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential market entry strategies, payer alignment, and clinical outcomes impact.

  • Communicate findings clearly and persuasively, tailoring insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Necessary Skills & Experience

Analytical & Technical Skills

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets and SQL proficiency (experience with Python or R a plus).

  • Familiarity with healthcare datasets (claims, EHR extracts, risk adjustment data).

  • Ability to design clear, compelling dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or similar).

Healthcare & Regulatory Awareness

  • Understanding of Medicare Advantage and value-based care economics (RAF, PMPM, APK, quality metrics).

  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and the handling of PHI.

Strategic & Operational Acumen

  • Experience connecting high-level business goals to tactical execution.

  • Ability to distill complex datasets into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes in a lean startup environment.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work across teams (clinical, product, finance, payer relations) with professionalism and clarity.
