Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and support the operating rhythm for governance and review forums: * Pre-requisite development, packaging and distribution * Presenter coaching and preparation * Meeting scheduling and hosting (if needed) * Meeting notes and publication

Demand Intake Monitoring in Smartsheet and ServiceNow SPM: * Monitor and escalate assessment SLA breaches * Mitigate demand progression roadblocks * Respond to process inquiries

* Develop and manage Online Process Content in Confluence and SharePoint

REQUIREMENTS: * Admin skills * Versed in Microsoft Office Suite * Zoom meeting proficiency * Scheduling/Invites

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
