Product Engineer (x/f/m) - Insurance Offer

Our pricing system processes 1K+ quotes daily with a very high level of customization - when it breaks, people can't get healthcare coverage when they need it most.

Your code directly impacts whether someone gets healthcare coverage. In 2024, our pricing improvements boosted sales efficiency by 50% while making insurance more accessible.

What you'll build and who you’ll work with

• Acquisition Engine: Sales teams and prospects can customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real-time. No more waiting days for quotes.

• Renewal System: Automatically reviews and adjusts coverage for our entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts.

• Next-Gen Pricing: We're building advanced customization that lets us tailor guarantees to individual needs while maintaining fair risk distribution.

You'll work closely with insurance experts, business analysts, and sales teams. We're the bridge between complex regulations and simple user experiences.

Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.

• 3+ years building scalable backend systems

How we work

Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.

Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration and are looking for people who want to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers turn health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
