The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience in business analysis and data-driven problem solving, with strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. This role will work closely with enterprise clients to understand business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and deliver high-value digital solutions.ShyftLabs is a growing data product company founded in 2020, working primarily with Fortune 500 companies. Job ResponsibilitiesWe are proud to offer a competitive salary alongside a strong healthcare insurance and benefits package. This position is ideally hybrid, with two days per week in our Toronto office, though we are open to fully remote candidates across Canada and the United States. The role will also involve periodic travel to the U.S. every 2–3 months to collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
