As an Experienced Remote Front of House Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers in scheduling services and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate departments or individuals, ensuring seamless communication and minimizing wait times.
  • Gathering information to respond to customer questions accurately, providing detailed information about services and offerings, and addressing billing inquiries and processing payments over the phone.

  • Managing our social media presence, including developing and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms, monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, analyzing social media metrics and reporting on campaign performance, researching and implementing new trends to enhance social media engagement, collaborating with the team to align social media strategies with company goals, creating and maintaining a content calendar for consistent posting, and running paid social media advertisements if necessary.
