We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies aimed at engaging and attracting high-caliber candidates for key leadership roles. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement competitive recruitment strategies to engage passive candidates in a challenging market, leveraging your expertise in staffing and recruiting to attract and retain qualified personnel.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, assessing candidates, and coordinating interviews, ensuring suitability for interviews and providing expert guidance to hiring authorities and search committees on best practices in recruitment.
• Proactively cultivate relationships with top talent through networking and engagement efforts, promoting the employer brand through informative sessions, event attendance, and visibility initiatives.

Qualifications

A minimum of two years in a similar position or relevant experience is required, with preferred qualifications including a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with experience in higher education, coaching, public speaking, project management, and customer service.
