About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Client Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service and/or public relations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently
  • A laptop or smartphone and reliable Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless communication and productivity
  • Professional phone and email communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving
  • The ability to work independently with full support of a team and training programs
